We source 85% of our ingredients from local famers in LA. Every meal is freshly made from scratch. All other items are sourced from speciality grocery stores.

All of our creations are free of refined sugars, refined oils, soy, baking soda, yeast, & animal products with an abundance of gluten free options. We source the majority of our food from local farmers while maintaining a high quality environment for you to receive nourishing, loving energy.
